Traci Ryan, has 20 years’ experience as an agent and broker. Traci has been a Realtor since March 2006, and a Broker since 2008. Traci has the latest training and education available to help buyers, sellers, and property owners wishing to take advantage of our property management services. Traci is certified as a Military Relocation Professional and Pricing Strategies Advisor. Traci has won multiple awards and is a multi-million-dollar producer who’s go-get-it attitude serves owners well in all aspects of real estate, including the leasing of their properties. Furthermore, Traci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Traci is a leader in the community and in real estate. She always has her client’s best interests at heart and brings a caring, competent spirit as well as high integrity to the table in all her business dealings. Traci has experience with all types of property. From residential to multi-family homes, and small commercial properties, she knows that your home or business is important to you. She’s a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from maintenance and leasing to bookkeeping and 1099s. Traci is your go-to-person for all real estate and property management needs!

When looking for the glue that helps hold everything together you do not have to look any further than Kristy! She is more than an assistant, she is a phenomenal person who puts others above self, and serves as the right-hand woman to the owner of Granite & Grace Property Management. Kristy’s main focus is running the management software and financial reporting side of the business that our clients depend on. She makes sure the owners have accurate reports that they need, and the tenants have access to the tenant portal to make rent payments and maintenance requests. Not only is she a rock star in the office, she is heavily involved in the community with children’s causes. She balances all of this with her work with CASA, and as a mom and wife with a large family. To say organization is a major talent of hers is an understatement!
